Aloha! Paws in the Sun combines professional and experienced pet sitting, dog walking, and pet care with the energy and excitement that pet enrichment can bring. Our founder, and avid nature and beach enthusiast, Ginger Grasshoff, knows that pets; just like children, can become easily bored with the same daily routine. As a previous zookeeper with the Houston Zoo to the carnivore and primate departments, veterinary technician to domestic pets and former Magnolia ISD kindergarten teacher; Ginger has brought fun and enriching activities to your pets, which is sure to keep them entertained while you are away. Prior to Paws in the Sun, Ginger owned and operated the award winning Woodforest Pet Sitting Services for eight years. We know that sometimes pets (and owners!) can become nervous and anxious when having to stay in a kennel. Paws in the Sun brings the fun to your pet with our "On the Seaside" optional pet enrichment activities; such as a Beach Day, Scavenger Hunt, and more!
